2. Products & Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order at no charge. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual items.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Algerian Dinars (DZD). Elegncia reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applied to your order is the one shown at the time of confirmation.
4. Order & Payment
Your order is finalized once confirmed by our team, subject to product availability. Payment is made exclusively upon delivery (Cash on Delivery). No prepayment, credit card, or bank transfer is required. We will contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch.
5. Delivery
We deliver across all of Algeria through our partner carriers. Delivery times are estimates, typically between 2 and 7 business days depending on your wilaya. Shipping fees are shown during checkout. Elegncia is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have 48 hours from delivery to report any defect or discrepancy. Returns are accepted only for items with a proven defect or an error on our part. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed. After verification, we will offer an exchange or refund based on your preference.
7. Liability
SARL Voyage Solutions is committed to providing quality products and service. However, we cannot be held liable for force majeure events, carrier errors, or misuse of products. Product information (colors, sizes, materials) is provided in good faith and may be subject to minor variations.
